Credentials
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University, Northridge, and went on to complete my Master’s of Social Work at the University of Southern California in 2022. During my graduate training at USC, I had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients navigating complex mental health challenges. This experience deepened my passion for evidence-based, person-centered care.
Following graduation, I worked as a Primary Therapist and Clinical Programs Manager at a residential treatment center for adolescents, where I provided intensive individual, group and family therapy. During this time, I completed specialized training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Mentalization-Based Treatment.
Of these modalities, ACT and ERP deeply resonate with both my clinical style and personal values. They offer a flexible, empowering framework that helps clients face their fears while reconnecting with what matters most. I’ve continued to pursue advanced training in ERP to ensure that I’m offering the most effective care for individuals struggling with anxiety and OCD.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California and Hawai’i. Please find my license information below:
