Anxiety

Anxiety, OCD, and panic can feel overwhelming — like your mind is stuck in overdrive, always trying to protect you from what might go wrong. While these patterns are rooted in survival, they often leave you feeling exhausted, stuck, and disconnected. Loved ones ask if you’re okay — and you’re not even sure how to answer.

Your mind won’t stop racing, you’re replaying the same worries, or doing small things over and over just to feel a little better and it works, temporarily.

Sometimes, what starts as a way to feel safe or in control can quietly become the very thing keeping you stuck. Change is possible and you are far more resilient than you give yourself credit for.

Perfectionism

Perfectionism can look like high standards — you’re grasping for something that doesn’t exist. You spend hours overthinking, fear making mistakes, or feel paralyzed by the pressure to meet impossible standards. Even small tasks can feel high-stakes, and rest has to be “earned”.

Perfectionism often hides in plain sight — behind accomplishments, productivity, and the pressure to “get it right”. Underneath, it can feel like you’re never quite enough.

Over time, this drive to be perfect can lead to burnout, procrastination, and a deep sense of disconnection — from yourself, your relationships, and what actually matters to you. You’ll work to quiet the inner critic, loosen the grip of fear, and help you build a life guided by values and standards, not perfection.

Life Transitions

Transitions are a normal part of life — but that doesn’t mean they’re easy. The things that once felt familiar may no longer fit, and suddenly you're left trying to figure out who you are and where you’re headed. You feel lost, untethered, or unsure of who you are without the roles or routines you’ve known.

Exciting milestones can come with anxiety, grief, and pressure to move forward “the right way.”

Even when change is expected or wanted, it can bring a surprising mix of emotions: anxiety about the unknown, grief for what you’re leaving behind, pressure to have it all figured out, or shame for not feeling more excited. In therapy, you’ll process what’s shifting, reconnect with your values, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
