Life Transitions
Whether you’re graduating, starting a new job, navigating a breakup, moving to a new place, or simply trying to figure out what’s next, these moments can stir up a lot beneath the surface. You feel stuck between who you’ve been and who you’re becoming — unsure of how to move forward, or what “moving forward” even means.
You might find yourself asking:
Who am I now? What’s next? Why does this feel harder than I thought it would?
During times of transition we tend to feel unanchored or disconnected — from your sense of self, from others, or from the routines that once helped you feel grounded. And when transitions are unexpected or out of your control, they can be even more disorienting.
You may notice a spike in anxiety, perfectionism, or self-doubt.
Thoughts like “I should have this figured out by now” or “Everyone else seems to be handling this better than I am” can start to take over, making it hard to trust yourself or feel at ease.
Even when you’re the one who chose the change, transitions have a way of stirring up emotional residue — fears, losses, unmet expectations, and a pressure to “get it right”. Transitions often bring up deeper questions about identity, purpose, and belonging — especially if you’re someone who tends toward perfectionism or feels a strong sense of responsibility to get things “right.” When change is unexpected or out of your control, the experience can feel even more destabilizing.
Together, we’ll create space for all of it — the uncertainty, the fear, the grief, the doubt, and even the hope — and begin to sort through it with compassion and curiosity. You’ll explore what matters most to you, and build the flexibility, clarity, and confidence to move forward in alignment with your values.
Transitions may feel like an ending — but they’re really a beginning.
